Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) set out the terms and conditions under which Cedars Mobility by Phoenovate (hereinafter the “Provider”) supplies chauffeured transport services to its clients (hereinafter the “Client”).

Any booking implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Services offered

The Provider offers the following services:

  • Airport transfers (CDG, Orly, Beauvais)
  • Business travel
  • Private events and galas
  • Hourly hire with chauffeur
  • Premium tourism
  • Long distance (France and Europe)

3. Booking

All bookings are made via the online form on the website, by email or by phone. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from the Provider.

The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when booking (name, pick-up address, destination, date, time, number of passengers).

4. Pricing

Prices are communicated to the Client when the booking is confirmed. Prices are quoted in euros inclusive of tax and may vary according to:

  • Distance and duration of the journey
  • Type of service requested
  • Any toll, parking or waiting fees
  • Night-time surcharges (10pm–6am)

5. Payment terms

Payment is made according to the terms agreed at the time of confirmation of the booking: cash, bank transfer or any other means accepted by the Provider.

6. Cancellation and modification

  • Cancellation more than 24h in advance:Free cancellation, full refund if a deposit was paid.
  • Cancellation less than 24h in advance:A cancellation fee corresponding to 50% of the fare may be charged.
  • No-show (client absent):The full fare will be charged.

Any request for modification (time, destination) must be reported as early as possible by email or phone.

7. Provider's liability

The Provider undertakes to deliver its services with the greatest care and in compliance with applicable safety rules. Its liability is limited to direct damages resulting from proven fault in the performance of its mission.

The Provider cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations due to external causes (weather, accidents, strikes, unforeseeable traffic jams).

8. Client's obligations

The Client undertakes to:

  • Be present at the pick-up location at the agreed time
  • Respect the vehicle and its equipment
  • Not smoke inside the vehicle
  • Inform the Provider of any specific requirement in advance

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent in writing to contact@cedars-mobility.com within 48 hours following the service.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the court of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
